Retreat Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can bring unexpected changes. However, because spaces for this retreat are limited and costs are paid in advance, we have the following refund and cancellation terms.
Cancellations
- Cancellations made 90 days before the retreat: Receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellation within 90 days of retreat start: No refunds will be issued for any reason, including illness, travel delays, or personal emergencies.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person, provided you notify us in advance and receive confirmation from our team.
During the Retreat
No refunds will be provided once the retreat has started, under any circumstances.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment
in case of unforeseen events such as illness, flight cancellations, or other emergencies.
Your travel insurance should cover:
- Trip cancellation or interruption
- Medical emergencies
- Lost luggage or travel delays
Force Majeure
If the retreat is postponed or canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, travel restrictions, or government regulations), all bookings will be transferred to a future date or retreat, rather than refunded.
By completing your registration and payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this refund and cancellation policy.
