“…Tamra contacted me through Messenger. After a few guarded conversations, I allowed her in. She offered to help me and told me about Sacred Activations. I assumed it was similar to other styles of energy healing and accepted the offer. 

I had been surviving, not really living. Why not try it? 

Now, I have experienced a major physical transformation as well as mental and psychological. I no longer take medication for my depression nor anxiety. I do not have any need for it.  I no longer take blood pressure medication because my blood pressure is now normal. I do not take diabetic medication like Metformin, Glipizide or insulin any longer because I am no longer a diabetic. My debilitating back pain is now gone. I had had decompression back surgery  in May of 2018 without much change. I had planned fusion surgery but due to the Pandemic, it was cancelled. While waiting, I had a complete healing. I don’t take pain medication anymore either. In addition, I no longer have COPD and my BMI went from 39  to 27.

I’ve been overweight (obese) my entire life. I had been diabetic since 2000, I was diagnosed with High blood pressure in 2010, I suffered with depression and anxiety for decades. I had lung issues since a chemical burn occurred on my lungs back in 1991. I was dependent upon inhalers for years. I believed I was disabled after all my health issues gradually worsened where I was admitted regularly in the hospital every year…where I would stay anywhere from 10 days to a month. When the last 2 hospital stays happened more frequently,  I was ready for the change and welcomed it. My quality of life has improved tremendously. I am still evolving and changing. I am calmer now and don’t lash out in anger or fear. .I am living now and have become an active participant in my life. What I find fascinating is that everyone around me has evolved too without doing any of the energy work themselves. As Tamra talks about it, people in your group change too…they evolve with you. I consider myself blessed and I am so grateful.”
