The Integration Process
The integration period is the time when your system — on all levels — adjusts, reorganizes, and stabilizes in response to the new energies you received.
Everyone integrates differently.
Right after the Activations or within a few days, you may notice:
- Feeling tired, emotional, or slightly flu-ish
- Old emotions or memories surfacing
- Feeling spaced out, light, joyful, or euphoric
- Feeling calm and grounded
- Feeling energized

- Journal your thoughts and feelings
- Move your body. Dance, walk, or do yoga
- Take salt baths or foot soaks
