At that point you will go lie down in a comfortable place, keep a light blanket close to you or over you in case you get cold, take off all of your jewelry, turn off the radio and TV, close your eyes and relax. 4. What is a typical session like? Some people feel me working on their body while others see visions and some hear things. It is varies from individual to individual.
